We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Al Nuovo Teson. The location was great. It was just a couple minutes away from the piers and just a short distance from Piazza San Marco. The staff member that checked us in was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He also gave several great suggestions for things to do in the area. Our room was clean and quite comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The place is nice and quiet. But the staff excels. They are super kind and helpful. Big shout to the desk front who even told us the marmaid love story and walked us by to touch the love stone.

Great hotel! Rabu was excellent!!! He went beyond to make our experince very satisfying and educational. He arranged a pick up for us with a water taxi, met us at the dock and walked us to the restaurant. Others not so much. no elevator. Very closed to everything.

The hotels in Venice are relatively old. This hotel seemed to be renovated. But it doesn’t have elevator. Comparing to other hotels, this hotel is totally OK.

The location is really close to the tourist attractions and water ports for transportation making it very easy for those arriving or leaving. There is a walkway along the water full of restaurants where you can eat and enjoy the sunset by the water, mind you it is also quite pricey. The staff are kind and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and even when leaving Venice, the hotel staff gave directions and the best way to travel for your money. The hotel is clean. There is a wheelchair lift for those who need it. The room was clean, bed comfy and shower water pressure was good. The hotel doesn't have a refrigerator so if you needed to keep drinks cold you could not. This hotel has free water at the front desk for you to fill a cup to drink from or your own bottle. The A/C worked good. Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed in the Annex and it was brilliant! Two terraces to ourselves, what a surprise. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and the breakfast was lovely. Would recommend!

Good location. Close to all landmarks. Room was small. I Had to request to be moved a different room due to molds in our bathroom. The front desk receptionist that works 2pm- 10pm was very helpful and very nice. The driver named paula who picked us up from the airport broke our luggage but never apologized and was rude.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly and give wonderful recommendations. They even suggested a faster and cheaper route to the airport than what was suggested on Google Maps! Only downside is the lack of an elevator, but the staff did help us take our bags up so this wasn't much of an issue.

We had an excellent experience staying at Hotel Nuovo Teson during our time in Venice. The hotel is very close to the main square and also important water taxi stations that take you straight back to the train station on your way back. The staff was very pleasant to interact with and helped us with knowing our way around the best streets and food places. Felt there was no downside to the hotel. 10/10 recommend!

Clean and comfortable

I have stayed here before and it has been updated since. Clean and classic with a newly renovated bathroom. Very nice and comfortable. The location is also great close enough to everything but also away from any crowds.
