Clean and basic at a good price

Great location and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were VERY small and basic (especially for our family of 3) but for just a few nights it worked out fine.

The staff was very friendly and in particular Matteo. The room was clean and ready when I arrived which was surprising because I was early. It's in a perfect location if traveling by train. The only comment I have for improvement is that better blankets would be good. A sheet and that very thin blanket were not enough.

The hotel was decent and centrally located, making it easy to get around. However, it would’ve been nice to have an espresso machine available. Initially, my bathroom toilet wasn’t working, but the staff responded quickly. The front desk lady called a plumber, though it was going to take some time, so she kindly moved me to a different room—which turned out to be even better.

Great little hotel at a very resobale price 5 minutes from the train station. Perfect for accessing all the main areas of Venice by foot. Lots of choices to eat and drink close by and a supermarket a couple of minutes away. Staff were very friendly and helpful and even carried our case up the stairs to our room. We had the double room that included the connecting room as we were a family of 4 that were cleaned daily. The rooms were small but perfectly fine for our 4 days exploring Venice.

This is a hidden gem in Venice. Close to the train station. In a main thoroughfare but very quiet. Close to shops and restaurants and on the opposite side of San Marcos square with the water taxi virtually at the front door. The staff were pleasant and checkin quick and efficient. The hotel was spotless and while there was a kettle with tea and coffee provided there was no fridge. However the supermarket is very close by. Loved this place and would definitely stay again
