The room itself was clean and the bathroom big enough, but the beds are super uncomfortable. They put two single beds together to create a double bed, so it was already super uncomfortable and also had that gap between them. We left earlier because we couldn’t stand the beds anymore. Other than that, location was good, walk distance from everything. Really good restaurant and shops around.

The room was very nice but I was not prepared for all of the up and down stairs with 100lb of luggage! I would definitely stay here again but would plan it with a small backpack and/or carry on, not when I’m traveling for a month and going on a cruise! It was also challenging to find.

Room was absolutely full of Mold! The whole bathroom. The bed was absolutely horrible, it was just 2 singles pushed together. My husband and I just ended up in a crack in the middle of the bed, both waking up sore. The shower was absolutely dreadful. Couldn’t even have a shower, had to have a bath. Probably the worst place I have stayed in, in the whole of Europe and I have been to five countries this month.

Property was so poorly kept, no AC, I was told to open the windows, it was mosquito invested. The staff never cleaned the room once Left the hotel almost eaten alive by insects…. Stay away unless you like bugs and a staff that couldn’t care less. Only positive was the location

The room was ready when we arrived a little early for check in which was very welcome. The staff are all very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had all we needed for a two night stay and a lovely view of the canal. There is no lift which didn't bother us with our small cases but it was a problem for a fellow guest with a big case. I am sure there is a light on the stairs but we couldn't find it when we were coming down early in the morning!

Right at the corner of 2 canals and about 8 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. Quieter area of Venice. You can actually see gondolas glide by the window of their lobby/dining area--how cool. Out our window (and many of their rooms have similar views) you could see the canals.

This is not your typical hotel but a guest house with 4 or 5 rooms. It is right on the canal by a bridge and around the corner from a piazza, so a very lovely spot. Maria was at the front desk when we check in and was very friendly, nice and helpful. She showed us our room and the amenities, and even assisted with booking a water taxi for us for the airport for the next morning. The property is lovely and charming- note that there isn't an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up 2 flights of stairs. The rooms are decorated to make you feel as if you've stepped into old world Venice. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The air con is not what we are used to in the States, but the room had a standing fan and that plus the air con made it comfortable to sleep. There were a variety of restaurants not far away. I would stay here again.

The place is beautiful. The room has windows to the canal and it is astonishing. However, it is HOT today, and the AC does not keep up with it. Just a heads up. Other than that, an absolutely lovely place to stay.

We had a bit stressful arrival to the Venice because the hotel didn’t answer our calls (we were arriving around 8pm and had informed this earlier). Luckily there was a person to welcome us. AC was not working as good as it should (weather was 30+ degrees celcius and very humid). Overall the location was good.

Tivemos uma experiência horrível. Pagamos a diária no hotel para ter conforto e comodidade… foi tudo que não tivemos. O quarto não tinha ar condicionado e fomos reclamar na recepção. Quando a recepcionista foi até o nosso quarto avaliar, ela disse: “Para mim está funcionando. Está quente porque o dia está quente.”. 5 minutos depois ela chegou no nosso quarto com um ventilador, comprovando que ela percebeu que estava muito quente. Segundo ela, “à noite iria melhorar”. Voltamos ao hotel depois de jantar e o quarto estava infernal. Não conseguimos dormir, ficamos a noite inteira acordando de tanto suor. 00h chamamos o recepcionista noturno e ele nos informou que iria falar com seu chefe, porém não tivemos nenhum retorno. O hotel não se preocupou conosco e deixou nós termos a pior experiência que já tivemos em um hotel. Entendo que isso pode acontecer, mas o mínimo que o hotel deve ter é empatia com os hóspedes, o que não houve em momento algum. Simplesmente nos deixaram no calor absoluto.
