Stay was pleasant. Room was ample. Beds basic but ok. Bathroom was large but smaller shower. Very clean. Breakfast was simple yet enough. Service was very nice and welcoming. Would stay again

good for the price but don’t expect much. room was simple, only issue was that our room was double but they just put to single bedtogether and called it double bed. no reception except very few hours. otherwise enough for the price.

The place is very nice, and the room is quite simple. The staff is very friendly. I only have two observations: the shower walls were a bit dirty, and the breakfast was quite limited. But overall, it was a good place.

We did get hit with a charge for our service dog when checking in. It seemed like it was a problem? The housekeeping staff loved our dog and were very nice. It's a rustic building for sure, but was nice.

The place has a very limited time open. No elevator so that was a big problem since we have mobility issues. The breakfast was a let down. The room looked nice, as well as the rest of the building, but dont expect no amenities in the room such as coffee, water, refrigerator. Beds were hard.

Very rude personnel

Bad experience that affected the mood for our visit to Venice. First, arriving late was a huge ordeal, we had to have 4-5 coordination calls, send our credit card info by email which is not safe. Would have been as easy as giving us the code to the door and an envelope with a key. Secondly they indicated my dog was not allowed and I had to show them in Hotels.com app that they where allowed. They made us sign a document prohibiting the dog from many things like joining us for breakfast. Are we supposed to take turns for breakfast while someone stays in the room with the dog? Isn’t this a family trip and we want to take breakfast together? Dogs are definitely frowned upon in this hotel, they say they are welcomed but they are not. Finally, I wasn’t sure how to get to the breakfast and entered through a wrong door and was yelled as it was off limits …. How would I know if there is no sign! Besides the terrible customer service the breakfast is bad, juice is toxic. Coffee was ok.

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Service sowie Sauberkeit top. Das einzige was verbessert werden könnte, das ist das Frühstück. Es war super, es fehlte jedoch so etwas wie Obst oder Eier.

Hotel mit viel Potenzial vor den Toren Venedig's

- ehemaliges Kloster, welches während unseres Aufenthalts von aussen gerade saniert wurde - innen tolles Ambiente, altes Gemäuer etc. sichtbar - Zimmer geräumig, sauber, aber relativ lieblos ( kein Bild an der Wand, teileise defekte Tischlampen & Fliegengitter - Frühstück ist für einige Tage ok Wenn die Renovierungen aussen und die Zimmer noch ein wenig liebevoller gestaltet werden, eine tolle Übernachtungdmöglichkeit vor den Toren Venedig's

Personal war sehr nett. Ein klarer Vorteil war das kostenlose Wasser zum Auffüllen und das kostenlose WLAN. Allerdings hat sich das Zimmer über den Tag sehr aufgeheizt, dafür gab es aber einen Ventilator.

Tutto molto bene. Il posto è davvero bello e l'accoglienza è stata molto cortese. LA stanza magari un po' angusta, ma va bene per una notte di riposo durante un viaggio di lavoro. Unica pecca: il letto un po' corto per un'anima lunga come la mia.

Schöne Gegend und sehr freundlicher Empfang!

Für einen Kurzurlaub ein super Hotel. Alle waren sehr freundlich und die Rezeptionistin haben uns bei Fragen immer weiter geholfen. Dolo ist ein sehr einheimischer Ort mit vielen schönen Cafés.
