Place was 3 min walk from the Grand canal and water bus stop, so many different restaurants and shops right around this place. Lovely place with hint of history. Host was very helpful by explaining the best way how to get to the place and answered all my questions. .

This was the perfect apartment hotel for my family of five! Conveniently located for walking to see all the sights and plenty of space for all of us for a 2 night stay.

The property is in a great location, within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square, which made it very convenient for exploring Venice. Clean and effective communication. The only drawback is the number of stairs. I was on the second floor, and there are several steps to reach the property entrance. Once inside, there are additional stairs leading to the room and inside the room. This could be challenging for guests traveling with heavy luggage or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, the location is excellent, but it’s worth being aware of the stairs before booking.

Central location; accommodating & friendly staff

Wonderful service from very friendly staff! The property’s central location was ideal for our itinerary. Gelateria Gallonetto around the corner is definitely worth it! The property was very clean and well-maintained. It was a little cramped for my party of 6, but it would have been ideal for a party of 5 or less.

It is ideally located, a few steps from the old town. The apartment is spacious, clean and artfully decorated. Plenty of extra bedding and towels. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to your needs. Garage was an extra bonus if you have a car.
