Quiet, clean, good and friendly staff, very close to busses and main station. They could improve the quality of the breakfast and the variety of food buffet, but it's only 7€ so kind of expected.

Beautiful stay at Cx Mestre

The reception was welcoming. The receptionist was knowledgeable about eatries around and some places we could visit. She also gave us a tour guide pamphlet/ map which proved very useful. The room was clean and neat and the bed was very inviting. The security to come into the hotel and to activate the lifts is commendable.

Amazing stay! This was a one night add on to a nonrefundable stay elsewhere, and wish this would have been our full time stay visiting Venice. Definitely a younger crowd, but not a rowdy environment. In our late 20s we felt very comfortable. Amazing proximity to the bus/train into Venice 10-15 minutes. Amazing desk service and held our luggage no questions asked! Room was clean and well laid out. We hope to return one day!

I thought it was a hostel at first because so many you folks then realized it was more of a dorm for foreign students. Which was actually quite nice since they had lots of stoves for cooking and washers/dryers you could set up on an app. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute bus ride to Venice! 5 minute walk to a grocery store and restaurants.

The hotel/hostel was conveniently located close to Venezia Mestre. There were both buses and trains into Venice within a 5 minute walk. The staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. There was a luggage room to store bags which we used both before check in and on our day of check out. The hotel was full of a lot of young people in the downstairs area as I believe it is also as hostel but I found the room to be very quiet.

Beautiful place in a central location. The room was spacious and modern. I especially liked the welcome note I found in the room. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The only 'but' unfortunately is that the room was dusty throughout our stay, especially the table. It would also be great if the breakfast variety could be improved, even if it means changing a bit more.

Brilliant experience

It all went as expected. I arrived early and was able to drop my luggage off in a room behind reception. Though Venice does have tourist tax so bring change - its not included in the price quoted online like other taxes, it wasn't much. I payed €7 for breakfast at the hotel- it was continental and was good. The room was clean and comfy, it was good value. A good selection of tea bags in the room with a kettle and little chocolate which was a nice touch. I'd recommend this hotel. And it's a 2 mins walk to the bus stop for Little Venice, which is about a 10 mins ride.

Clean and convenient location

Great place to stay. Lobby area has a bar area, billiards table, and general cool vibe. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location is walking distance to train station which takes you into Venice within minutes for €1.45 each way. Paid parking available upon request underground or you can use public parking meters down the street. Opted for breakfast that included basis breakfast fare such as cereal, bread, turkey and cheese, fruit salad and various pastries and drinks. Overall, enjoyed our experience at the hotel.

I stayed with my family at this hotel for. 3 nights. It was good value for the price. Very convenient location for travelling because it was very close to Venezia mestre train station. There were a few restaurants around the area. The hotel itself was modern, in a quiet location with a gym and recreation area. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious, clean which made our stay comfortable. The breakfast were sufficient enough but could do with adding a bit more protein, otherwise it was good. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

it's worthy the price

It a new refurbished hotel, just a short walk from the Mestre station, in the continent. The streest has a minimarket and good options to eat and seems very safe. the staff is friendly and very cooperative. There was a small problem in the last day: behind the right bedside table i found a old dried rest of peach (the seed/ stone vas very caracteristic) and it seemed to be there for ages. So cleaness could -- actually need -- to be improved. But the bed clothes and bathrom seems pristine.
