「 The hotel staffer is nice, very helpful and we can communicate with each other in English. The hotel is close to train station and town centre but it takes a little time to locate it. The hotel sign board is quite small and not so easy to identify. There is an Asian restaurant next to the hotel which I enjoy having food there. The hotel is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator. I appreciate and thank that the hotel staffer gives me a helping hand to deliver luggage...

「Elsa d’Ortigia is a superb place to stay, full of character, and in the centre of historic Ortigia island. Above all the owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Breakfast is served in a communal dining area so there’s an opportunity to chat to the other guests. There’s also a charming outside seating area. I’m pretty sure we’ll be back!」

「Struttura adorabile, una villa immersa nel verde. Pulizia, colazione, servizo impeccabili.」

「The hosts were excellent. Very nice room with patio. Italian style breakfast on the roofterrace overlooking the bay. 15min walk to the old city center but there were plenty of restaurants nearby.」

「Ottima ubicazione al centro di tutto, nonostante non c'è personale, la mancanza si è sentita veramente poco. Camere molto pulite e una buona cucina condivisa con le altre camere.」
