「From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel.」

We only had one dissapointment.....For those driving please be aware. The roads up to Villa Riviera are very narrow and difficult for two vehicles on the same road. All in all, the property is a dream. This is definitely the place for peace and serenity.」

「前台的女人表现粗鲁，思维混乱，情绪不稳定，我预定过车位也知道需要付钱，她一定要我先去街上寻找免费车位，目的是避免停在他们的小停车场会带来的麻烦，去五渔村前她给了我错误的建议，她建议我们坐火车去走还在封闭的蓝线道路，事实上这些道路已经封闭很多年，第二天结账后我从房间返回把房卡放在前台，并和清洁的女工说了，下楼后看到她和我的孩子要房卡，我和她说房卡我还回去了，回去就可以看到，可是她疯了一样一定要让我们和她一起回去，不停的说不还房卡要扣钱，我坚持没去，然后她回去找到了房卡.我们在意大利旅行住过五家酒店，前面四家都很顺利愉快，只有在这里遇到各种问题，都是因为这个愚蠢自以为是的女人.」

「The property was well appointed and perfectly located by the water with a private beach. The hotel served breakfast and lunch on a wonderful patio overlooking the sea and hills. The staff were welcoming and so accommodating. I plan on returning in the future and recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this beautiful part of the Ligurian Coast」

「Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.」
