「Nice room. Clean. Nice area. Terrible check in process. For one I was never informed i had to check-in online before arriving. I spent 1.5 hours on the street attempting to get ahold of someone. They use an automated chat on what’s app that was useless. Was charged 25 euro for not checking in 24 hours in advance. Finally that was resolved. My other complaint was the leaking air conditioning. Woke up to a flooded room and soaked clothes. No rectification. Just a “thanks for letting us know”....

「Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. There...

「Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, ist sehr sauber, ruhig. Hat eigene Parkplätze vor dem Haus (sehr praktisch!). Die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Also, diese Unterkunft steht auf unserer "wir kommen wieder"-Liste. 👍」

「A really pleasant experience. Everything was really clean, including the peaceful pool area. The staff was wonderfully helpful and nice. Good and caring breakfast. Short walk to the train station - the only small minus is a slightly longer walk to the restaurants and the beach.」

「Amazing view. The room was very clean and well maintained. Excellent shower and water pressure. We had trouble connecting with the staff in advance, but once we were in town he answered immediately both times we called for assistance. Check in online was quick and easy. We are at the restaurant directly across the stairway and it was delicious La Regina di Manarola. We recommend the pesto pizza, best we have had in Italy. Overall excellent stay, would stay again and recommend to a friend」
