「Excelente atencion por parte de todo el Staff, la señora que prepara los desayunos muy amable, las habitaciones impecables, el Colchon delicioso dormi de corrido , tiene aire acondicionado la habitación y es muy bonita, las fotos se quedan cortas xq es mucho mas bonito y cerca del parian y sin que se escuche el escandalo que no deja dormir, todo excelente.」

「Lovely family run hotel in the heart of Tlaquepaque. It’s a quiet oasis in the middle of a huge city and they make me feel very welcome!」

「10/10 WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. If it allows me to post pictures I will. We showed up late after a delayed flight, in the pouring rain, with directions to open the door that were pretty confusing. No staff on site so had to wait for them to call us, reset the door to enter. Cockroach as we entered the room, towels that were clean but dirty (I think?), hair in the bed, mold in the fridge, mysterious drip stains on the wall. If it weren’t 3am and we had to hit the road early, I would have eaten...

「The room did not have A/C, did not feel safe. They gave us a pad lock to lock the door if we left the hotel. The towels were dirty. We left in the middle of the night we could not stay there.」

「This place should be shutdown. The water came out black from faucet and toilet, what little came from shower was brown rust. The room was filthy and insect infested. The windows were rusted so bad they either couldn't be opened or closed. The lobby had cockroaches clearly visible. This place is located in a very dangerous, ugly dirty area. Do not stay in this place.」
