「Everything was amazing, everything. The only thing is thin walls in rooms. But even that, one could hear people in other rooms yet people would stop talking at 23:00 and one could sleep in quiet rooms. And food, soo good. 」

「Otel merkezi yerde temiz ve düzenli bir otel ama ilk gün otel odasini toplanmaya gelmediler 2. Gün otel müşterisi olmama rağmen özel organizasyon denilerek otelin bar ve restoran bölümüne alınmadım. Bunca otellerde konaklama yaptım içlerinde diğer ülkelerde bundan cok daha iyi otellerde vardı ama hic birinde otel müşterisinin otelin barına ve restoran bölümüne alınmadığını ne gördüm ne de duydum hele ki dışarıdan gelen musterileri alıp otel müşterisinin alınmaması kötü bir davranıştır . 」

「Reception services are outstanding. They help and even protect us from some taxi threat. One outside taxi driver cheat me ten times of the fees and did not let me go, but the reception persons go to help and save me after my wife ask help. Excellent services and attitude that I have never seen before in another hotels even I go travelling nine times a year!!」

「Location is right at the centre, at the pedestrian street and main shopping area. It is upstair of the tourist information office. On the G/F there is also a 24-hour supermarket. The hotel is located on 4/F of a rather old building, access through a very old-fashioned small elevator. Once inside the funishing is very modern and constrast greatly with the exterior of the building. The room is well maintained and of a high standard. Free WIFI is working well. 」

「The employees at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The size of the room is ok. The issue is with the breakfast. There were not enough choices, and some choices did not get refilled after they had been totally consumed by the guests. Parking is free, but bear in mind that the carpark is quite small and the road/tunnel leading to the carpark is quite narrow, need to be quite skillful to get in and out, particularly when you have a big car.」

「This is my second time staying here and it’s the only place I want to stay in Belgrade. It’s one of my favorite hotels anywhere. It’s an old world inn that is kept in immaculate condition. The cleaning staff does an excellent job. The decor is tasteful and thoughtful - the whole set up insures comfort. Excellent Ac, WiFi, free bottled water and coffee. Great beds, bedding, shower pressure, free toiletries. I had the room on the top floor with the skylights. It feels like a romantic bohemian...
