"Very central location, close to shopping, parks, monuments, and the cathedral. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. It was tricky to figure out how to get to the parking lot for the hotel under the building, but the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to get to it once we got there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable."

"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. The biggest issue was a broken sliding door that wouldn’t lock. "Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine. However, in both cases, they apologized and immediately fixed the situation. We will go back when we can. It's worth it. Beautiful location, nice pool, great place during a hot summer day."

"The hostal is very comfortable & clean. We were welcomed by the gentlemen who staffs the hostal, he was very helpful & made us feel very welcome. The beds are very comfortable. We had a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. I would recommend the hostal, we hope to make a return visit in the future."
