Experiencia ideal

Hotel ideal para pasar un fin de semana entretenido con muchas actividades. En condiciones normales hay de todo. En época Covid, el spa está cerrado y tampoco es posible montar a caballo, pero las instalaciones son increíbles, el servicio y la comida muy buenos, y el sitio chulisimo. Para repetir.

Scandalous! What could have been a lovely stay turned into a very humiliating and stressful moment due to an unprofessional and rude management. At the very beginning of our stay, I gave 4 formal “expensive” shirts to the laundry and got them back with two sizes less. After having informed the reception, we received confirmation that I will be compensated for my shirts and that the price of our stay will be decreased accordingly. Despite the fact that I was pissed to have lost 4 shirts due to their fault, the solution sounded fair and we agreed on that and didn’t think about this episode for the rest of our stay. However, at check-out things turned out differently, the trainee receptionist [who was not speaking English at all] informed us that the management wanted now to send the shirts to their insurance company for assessment and that we will have to deal with the insurance directly as that this was not their problem anymore. The receptionist implied that I was lying about the damage to shirts and I had to try them all in the middle of the reception to proof my good faith! This was a very humiliating moment and ruined completely our stay. We asked to see the manager but the trainee receptionist told us that she was “not available” although the manager was giving her instructions on the phone. After asking for a discount on the price as agreed at the beginning of our stay they refused. We understood that the manager gave instructions to the receptionist to call the pol

Excelente propiedad un poco descuidada

La propiedad es preciosa, en medio de un oasis de naturaleza y animales a sólo 150 Km. de Madrid, y con un personal muy amable y atento. Pero le falta mantenimiento y el amor por el detalle que un Relais & Chateaux debe tener. En cualquier caso, vale la pena ir!

A truly relaxing weekend which we thoroughly enjoyed. Nothing too much trouble for the wonderful receptionist who answered our requests immediately & with a smile. The food overall was excellent but the standard of the breakfast offering needs a little attention for freshness & presentation. We will definitely return to this wonderful place.

Entorno muy agradable, hotel decorado muy bien, personal muy agradable pero poco profesional, muy mala conservación, poca limpieza en las habitaciones, ninguna variedad en las comidas, misma carta para comida y para la cena, los tres días que estuve en el hotel no cambiaron nada de la carta, los precios de la comida carisimos, ejemplo, fuente de tomate de seis rodajitas 26 euros, amburguesa 22 euros, totalmente desproporcionado. En definitiva hotel agradable con muchisimos fallos y carisimo, le sobran estrellas y le falta dirección y sentido comun
