"Room somewhat clean, was in middle of reno, staff was doing the best they could w what they had. Soo many rooms to reno and it seems it may have been used for an apartment complex. They had rooms w a dog tied up outside. No handicap anything. Pets seemed the least of their worries. Breakfast was an overall joke....all machines were broke but toaster, no choices, and even tho there was a desk person and its in lobby, they werent mKing people behave like adults it was just overall off putting. We left as soon as we could. Again tho the staff wS teying for the most part. After we switched out the first room, I knew i should have just left...my bad. "

"For the price, I think there should be some type of breakfast included. The rooms were nice and clean, and I felt cozy and safe. The staff were friendly. "

"The pool was freezing, and the hot tub was cold with dirty stuff floating all in it. The room was very run down, the couch and chair had holes in the upholstery. Other than that, it was clean, conveniently located, friendly staff, and the breakfast was a good selection! "

"The breakfast that you pay for is a joke...It's 4 small items you're allowed to choose from. When we got there, we had driven 6.5 hours to show up to a hotel room where it clearly states I have 5 people staying in the room, 2 adults & 3 children, there was not a pull out couch, the manager told me I could have some 'bedding' to lay on the floor for my son to make a pallet to sleep on. When we finally got ready for bed, the TV quit working, I went downstairs to ask the manager for help & she said "they just installed the boxes yesterday, I don't know how to help you" sooo we didn't even have TV for the one night we stayed there. When you walk in the hotel looks gorgeous & has everything you'd ever need but looks can be very deceiving. The main elevator in the lobby is absolute trash too. The rolling cart that you can use to bring your bags up was completely broken in 3 different pieces. It was the worst experience I've had at a hotel. What a joke!!"

"We paid for a king suite and when we arrived they told us that they had oversold the king rooms so we were given 2 queens. Disappointing. The bar closed down at 10 pm so our much anticipated glad of wine was not to be. She was actually still serving customers but she had already counted her drawer so that was a bit annoying. We had an issue with the AC so we traveled donators again and they had a guy at the front desk who was supposed to follow us up. After 30 minutes in a warm room we tried to call the front desk but the phone in our room was not working. After about 45 minutes he finally shows up at which time we told him that we had figured it out by using the wall mount controller and not the unit controller. Breakfast was typical but when we got down there they and a few potatoes and eggs, the entire line needed to be replenished but to my knowledge it was not. Very disappointing….."
