「Very good experience. 」

「Rude staff. My suit was left in the room, and all they did was tell me to email them. They didn't try to solve the problem. I won't stay here again; it was terrible.」

「Indre from reception was really friendly and helpful, would go an extra mile. The other member of staff Arvydas wasn’t so nice. It would be nice if this would be included in booking information.」

「- the room is good but it doesn’t have fridge 」
