「Our stay at Harmony Park Spa had both highs and lows. Unfortunately, check-in was extremely frustrating. Even though I provided my confirmed reservation from Hotels.com, the staff could not find it, and it took approximately 45 minutes to get us checked in. Throughout the process, the front desk staff seemed uninterested in resolving the issues or answering our questions. I also asked on five separate occasions about booking a horseback riding lesson, but never received any assistance or...

「Staff is very nice. Good service」

「Rude staff. My suit was left in the room, and all they did was tell me to email them. They didn't try to solve the problem. I won't stay here again; it was terrible.」

「Very good experience. 」

「- the room is good but it doesn’t have fridge 」

「Indre from reception was really friendly and helpful, would go an extra mile. The other member of staff Arvydas wasn’t so nice. The apartment was very clean and had everything I needed, however one big disappointment was that windows didn’t open. And I prefer fresh air over the AC. It would be nice if this would be included in booking information.」
