「雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險」

「We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. Our first room had some very loud construction noise nearby, but the staff was quick and kind in moving us to another hotel with a similar room. The new space was just as lovely and much quieter. It was located on a busier street, but still comfortable, and we appreciated how close it was to great restaurants and shopping without feeling overwhelming. 「分配到的房型似乎跟我原本預定的有點出入，但住處離地鐵站很近，入住前屋主有email聯絡，所以即使我們抵達的時間較晚，沒有人安排check in，但入住過程一切順利。唯一不解的是，屋主額外收了我們35歐元的清潔費，原本訂房時沒有註明有這筆費用。」

「We had a place booked and they canceled at the last minute! Booked this because we needed someplace to stay. VERY happy with this last minute choice. A two minute flat walk to the bus stop where cabs were also available. It was larger than we thought it would be. I gave my daughter the bedroom and I slept on the queen size pull out. The place was large enough to leave it pulled out and still get around. Slept like a baby. Clearly it was on older building because the front door was about 20 feet...

「Property was great, especially for a small family or a group of friends. There are great people that manage it and we found 4 grocery stores with a few minutes of walking. Train and metro station is a short walk that will take you everywhere you want to go. Skytower is definitely a place that we would book again if ever back in Rome. Thanks Massimo 」
