「The Hotel is cute hotel and conveniently located in the heart of Rouen. The staff was very friendly. The room nice and cozy. Located close to restaurants/shops/bars/Christmas markets/train station. Will Definitely stay here again.」

「位置靠近河边比较好找，停车位少要停到附近的公共停车场。房间大小一般，早餐无水果和肉。步行到老城中心的几个大教堂都很近，也就10分钟。没有特别的好、坏之处。」

「We loved the character of this lovely hotel. It was very homely. The rooms are basic, but comfortable. We had breakfast in the morning, which was delightful. The staff are friendly & helpful. 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Travelled by motorbike, so really liked the security of the automatic gate. We were met on arrival by very friendly and helpful person. Room was great with lots of facilities, even including a coffee machine with pods provided. Breakfast of croissant and baguette brought to room with local jams. Nice quiet area with nearby local shops, cafe, bar and restaurant. Would definitely use again.」
