「What an absolutely delightful surprise. From the outside, a rather normal looking house in a smaller Slovak city, but on the inside, a small but very service minded team, and very large and spacious rooms. Food was exquisite, both dinner in restaurant and the breakfast was made fresh from a breakfast menu, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in over 10 years. Definitely be coming back here again soon.」

「Barrok Hotel is in an excellent location close to many restaurants and shopping. It is just off the main square providing for a very quiet stay but very close to all of what the Promenade has to offer. It is very close to the underground Dunakupa parking lot. The hotel is in a walking only area and you cannot drive your car in front of the hotel to drop off luggage or check in. You must park you car in the underground parking lot. 「Though the hotel looks aged, it is very clean and air-conditioning functions very well. The ceiling of my standard single room is high and it makes the room more spacious. The wifi signal is strong. The buffet breakfast is tasty and with many food to choose. The staff are friendly and efficient. Its location is super.
