"Lovely small resort with helpful staff and really nice location overlooking the Vardzia cave complex. Helpful staff and plenty of parking. Has a modest swimming pool, but too cold for us to use that evening. Great restaurant. Only downside was the faulty toilet, where the flush tank just wouldn’t stop all night."

"The hotel was a separate building with just two apartments. It could be easily accessed by car, so I would recommend it to travellers having cars. The host Bacho and his wife lived nearby and they could open and close the property and also provide any assistance quite fast. I found the apartment very big, with equipped kitchen, laundry machine, which I did not use during my three-day stay. I enjoyed the living area where I could sit on the sofa with my laptop on the table. The sockets were enough for my devices. The stairs to the first floor were too narrow to climb with a suitcase, but this was tolerable."

"I was surprised how nice, clean and comfortable the hotel. If you ski ,especially with kids, it’s your place. All the resort is very well planned, ski slopes are very easy to access, skating rink is just steps from the hotel. Big and nice restaurants are down and up. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. I highly recommend the Crystal hotel."
