「Friendly staff and nice view」

「I recently stayed at the Grand Eastern Hotel in Labasa and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I booked for two nights but had to check out a day early due to a serious maintenance issue. The bathroom hand basin pipe was damaged and leaking continuously, creating a loud noise that made it impossible for my family to sleep. I reported the problem to staff immediately, but was told tojust leave it leaking. The next morning, I raised the issue again and a worker came to inspect, but...

「The property was very close to town area. Beautiful ocean view. One of the staff was very helpful I can’t remember her name When I checked in, there was no towel, no toilet paper, no shampoo or even a bathing soap and no hot water. Bedding was stain only one chair was in the room.」
