Their breakfast was great overall. The muffin was a lil dry but the bacon, eggs and pancakes were delicious. The bed was also comfortable which made the stay nice and relaxing.

Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
After booking the room for the wrong date unintentionally, they refused to help me resolve the situation and said it was Expedia's problem. Called Expedia and they said it was the hotel's problem. After countless emails and phone calls it never got resolved. Terrible customer service!

Hotel Willo (formerly YWCA Hotel Vancouver)
The property was clean, the rooms looked great, and check-in was efficient and easy. The rooftop closed earlier than the posted time, which was a bit disappointing, but still manageable. Hyatt Regency Vancouver
Staff was friendly and very helpful. The gym was clean and had great equipment. Pool was heated, which was wonderful on a chilly night. Sauna was a bonus!

Pan Pacific Vancouver
This place is top of the line. Lots of great places to eat around and a safe feeling area. Highly recommend the float plane tour from the harbour. The only complaint would be the parking charge which I feel was a bit excessive at $75/day.
