"Whilst it was a relatively convenient physical location, this place was hugely overpriced and pretty disappointing in terms of the quality. facilities and service. The staff communication and customer service skills were wholly lacking and this caused us a few problems. The key card failed every day we stayed requiring us to revisit reception to have it reset - extremely frustrating. It’s right next door to some kind of homeless /social support facility and unfortunately there were used needles on the side walk. Compared to the luxurious hotel on the other side of us, this place looked like a youth hostel/ 2* motel by comparison. Thank God for the Elysian coffee shop next door, Breka bakery and Bonta Italian Restaurant - just a block away…. You made our stay so much better."

"The Pinnacle.is in a great location. The Lobby is modern and well kept. Our ro I m.Harbor view was beautiful. The rooms and halls need better upkeep. There is obvious wear and tear that needs taken care of. The price is too high for the quality of the hotel. The staff is super helpful. The bed not as comfortable as I expected. No room service was disappointing."

"I chose this hotel based on great reviews and I wasn’t disappointed. I decided to stay on the dividend floor instead of paying extra for breakfast. This option was probably more expensive than a standard room with breakfast. But service on the dividend floor was great and daily snacks, wine, and breakfast parfaits were perfect. I was a little disappointed that the “lounge” on this floor was a normal room with no windows. But the location and everything else made up for it. I also left many personal items in a drawer in the bedside table and the hotel promptly called me back to say they had them. I wasn’t worried about the hotel holding everything for an extra day. That kind of reassurance comes with an excellent hotel and service."
