My family of 4 enjoyed our stay here. Great location, walking distance to a wide variety of cafes/eateries, shops and main attractions. Clean room. Good food at restaurant. I wished room service was actually room service. It’s basically just food takeout from the restaurant downstairs, with a heavy surcharge. I appreciate room service with proper table, cutlery, food on plates, not takeout boxes.

I don't usually write reviews on our hotel stays but I liked this Hotel and it's location in Vancouver. It is older, has some wear but it also has great character. The staff were all so nice and accommodating. The bed was comfy and we slept well. I liked all the little extra touches; from fruit water and coffee in the lobby to nice bath products in the room. We only tried the hotel restaurant for breakfast and it was good. It is not fancy and priced accordingly which we appreciated. The pool was an extra bonus.

Everything was clean even though the hotel seems a bit dated. We were allowed to check in early allowing us to park as we waited until check in. Im a very greatful we were able to check in so early. It made everything so smooth. Even though i didnt not have alot of direct interactions with the staff. Everything went so smooth and id love to come back and stay again.
