Room was spotless and the bed was super comfortable. Loved the size of the large bathroom. Staff were amazing and courteous! Only thing I would have liked was an earlier standard check in at 3:00 instead of 4:00, however when our flight was delayed, I was happy to be accommodated with a complimentary later checkout. Already planning to come back at Christmas time!

Lots of great restaurant options and we really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The one thing we would have loved was a true hot tub or pool area to relax in. The “hydrotherapy tub” wasn’t very warm, so it didn’t really give you that hot-tub experience we were hoping for. A proper hot tub or pool would have been a great addition to the stay.

The room was bright and spacious, large bathroom with a separate toilet stall and shower stall, yet a large enough vanity for two people which was great! This was a room with 2 queen beds and it was perfectly sized for a simple stay. Can’t wait to come back at Christmas time and stay in a suite! A wonderful staff member helped me book my December stay right at the front desk which made it simple to know I’m getting the exact suite I want. Amelia, our housekeeper was so kind and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect too. All the staff are wonderful! Love this hotel, 10/10

First time to Vancouver. Loved the JW Marriott: staff, room/lounge, amenities, and location. We even tried and immensely enjoyed our experiences at Honey Salt, a bit skeptical 3.8/5 Google rating. The food was fresh, hot, well seasoned and the staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Would definitely give them 5/5.
