The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly. The only complaint would be how outrageously expensive the breakfast was. Unfortunately we didn’t see any other restaurants in the area that served breakfast so we were forced to eat there.
This was our families first time to Vancouver and the hotel was very clean, and in the perfect location to see all the sites by foot or Uber at a very reasonable price. We felt safe walking around and never had any trouble. There were also plenty of restaurants close by. I would definitely stay here again if we visit Vancouver again.
The good: the king suite was spacious enough to accommodate one of my twin teens on the pull out couch and the other one on a twin air mattress in the "dining" area with no issues.
There are a lot of dining options within walking distance of the property. On site restaurant had happy hour menu selections and a great variety of wines.
The bad: Very thinly insulated walls and people are LOUD. Definitely bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Parking is pretty tight. Hard to get out of the garage into the alleyway
Centrally located hotel close to downtown. Did not like that no breakfast for such a high priced hotel. There were no amenities like Kleenex. Rooms were clean except sheets were not the cleanest so overall was a bit disappointed
The staff were all lovely and kind and helpful, the central location is great, it’s a little under a 30 minute walk to rogers arena. Not super fancy but very comfortable and felt very safe. One thing I didn’t like was the bottom of the shower door clearly isn’t regularly cleaned. Because I accidentally touched it and there was a lot of orange-y shower gunk that came off… its an easy thing to get away with neglecting but it is not a good look. Other than that, the bed was super comfy and it wasn’t too loud, and everything in the room was comfortable for my partner and I. I would recommend as a good safe place to stay downtown Vancouver, although it is quite expensive during special events.
The hotel is in a perfect location to explore the city. The best part of the hotel was the wonderful, and very helpful staff. I especially want to compliment the desk clerk named Wei. He was very helpful, and nice.
The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, the reception staff were helpful and we were able to get early check- in which was great. It’s a great location, with lots of restaurants nearby.

Easy check in and friendly staff. Would stay again!
Hotel was in a great location and beautiful, however, we stayed on the second floor 216 and the local pub or something was playing loud music both Friday and Saturday night loud until 2 am. For $700 a night this was very frustrating as my sister and I had traveled to Vancouver for a race. It sounded like there was a spin class right above us. Would not return because of this.
We landed in Vancouver pretty early, but the staff were able to check us in early. This was super helpful, as we were able to leave our bags, freshen up, and rest before exploring the city. The hotel also was close to the areas we had in our itinerary, so we were able to come back mid-day for a quick power nap. Highly recommend!
