Very courteous staffing and sort of refreshed place, but the bathroom was too small and hence was the room. Hard even for two people to navigate in there. Price was not in proportion to this. Only slept there for 6 hours.

Shampoo bottle was empty. The room is kind of cold. But after requesting the extra blanket, it is all good.

Pan Pacific Vancouver
The room was very clean and I really enjoyed the Le Labo body care collection. The only downside was the parking which was very expensive!
