「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

「This is the best hotel I have stayed in since my month-long trip in Turkey. The quality and facilities are the best and modern. 「The hotel was meant to be decent with a good breakfast; however, there was minimal breakfast served. When questioned the staff (who can't speak English) they said there were not many guests staying at the hotel; therefore, they didn't have to serve a full breakfast. An example is when we asked for bread for breakfast, they did not have any, and this was meant to be a buffet breakfast.
