Excellent hotel in Van

We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van.

GREAT HOTEL w/all the amenities you would need

I’m a solo American backpacking traveler. For the Turkish price, thus was a great “bang for your buck.” Excellent breakfast. Extremely comfortable spacious room w/very big comfty bed. Good air con, great bathroom & shower facilities. Hotel had a pool. Central location. Staff very cordial, kind & accommodating (& speak English).

Good overall experience

Big spacious double room. Everything tidy and in good condition except for the drain in the bathtub that didnt drain fast enough. No english speaking channels. Well stoxked minibar.

The hotel service was poor — there wasn’t even any tissue in the room. The breakfast staff were very disorganized and inexperienced, and the tables were not cleaned during breakfast. Overall, the hotel felt more like a 4-star rather than a 5-star.

Quality construction, facilities, furnishings. Electronic door locks problematic. Changed the first room because it lacked sufficient closet room, this request was honored promptly and enthusiastically. The facility is located on the main street with occasionally congested vehicle traffic. Dining and breakfast well above expectations.

A Hotel staff without knocking opened my hotel door at 10:30 am while I was naked in the bathroom and didn’t even apologize but kept asking me when I’m checking out. Instead of closing the door immediately and apologizing the man asked if I was checking out today or staying another night. What type of training do these people get???? Definitely the worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. I complained to the front desk when I did check out an hour later with my tour group and I got free coffee out of it. Yay. Sooo stupid!

Wir waren als Familie 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft. Das Hotel ist sehr Empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist ausserordentlich hilfsbereit und nett. Eine Einzige das Hallenbadregelung und Infos im -1 Stock könnte verbessert werden. Sonst ist Top!! vielen herzlichen Dank.

Daha önce elite world Sapanca ve istanbul otellerinde kaldım. Açık ara en kötüsü Van oteliydi. Odalarda duvara monte sabun, şampuan, duş jelinden başka temizlik kiti yoktu. Ne bir diş macunu ne bir dil fırçası hiçbir şey yoktu, ayakkabı çekeceği bile yoktu. Hatta iki kişi kaldığımız odaya tek bir terlik bırakılmıştı. Pencereler açılmıyordu, balkon yoktu. Tuvaletin kapısı yoktu. Oda konforu olarak çok çok çok kötüydü. Kesinlikle aldığı parayı hak etmiyor. Bir daha geldiğimde kesinlikle kalmam.
