「The room provided to my family was not the room I booked and paid for. I specifically selected a more expensive family room consisting of two separate bedrooms, but they were given a different, cheaper room type instead. When my sister raised the issue at reception, she was incorrectly told that this was the room booked. This amounts to a misrepresentation of the accommodation offered and paid for.」

「We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. 」

The furnishings is very new, the lighting is great, the air conditioning is comfortable, there is also a floor heating system, and the breakfast is delicious and diversed. I'm very satisfied. Some disadvantages are that the Dolmus from Otogar to the city center is almost full in the afternoon and evening, so I can only reach the hotel by taxi. And the hot water bottle...

「GPS leads us to wrong destination. The GPS information needs update. When checking in,the staff was not aware of our reservation. They had to give us rooms in a rush which I suspected lead to some bad room quality. And the counter was hardly capable of talking in any bit of english. (The lady when we checked out was OK to talking in English.)」

「Oda temizdi ama ek ihtiyacın olarak hiçbir şey yoktur (havlu,yastık gibi) çalışanlar koordineli olarak çalışmıyor ödediğim girişdeki parayı ödediğimin farkında deyiller o kadar ki 1 gün önceden arayıp cıkış saatiniz geldi diye aradılar konum cok iyi konfor iyi ama hafta sonu kalacak olan biri geceleyin falan müzik ile uyumak zorunda müzik cok rahatsızlık veriyordu geri kalan kısmı herşey mükemmel kalite 」
