「The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! 」

「Temperature in room was set to 60 very little lighting in the main room only 1 light at the desk none by the beds. The switch by the door did not operate anything. Breakfast foods only warm and juice was tart maybe to old.」

「The room and common areas were clean. We had a double bed room. One bed was fine, the other was absolutely awful. Very squeaky and uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. They put a hold on my card that still hasn't cleared. (Today is Monday and the charge was made Friday). I'm a little frustrated about that. I paid for the room with a different card so I've basically paid for the room twice. I'm hoping it comes back this week. We didn't use the pool or have breakfast. 」

「During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus.
