"We were sent to the top floor. Around 4am the ceiling began to leak and got our belongings wet. I went to the front desk to report the situation, I was only offered to switch to the room across the hall. And forced to make multiple trips up and down the elevator because the receptionist wanted the other room key back. The manager refused to make the situation right by doing a discount for the major inconvenience. We were never able to get back to sleep after all of the shuffling in the middle of the night. The hotel was in major disrepair and dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"Worst room I have ever stayed at as we could hear every single word our neighbors said, like they were in the same room. This was especially awful when one side was awake at 4am! I thought I booked a room with a kitchenette, as we were possibly going to need a freezer, however upon arrival there was only a dorm fridge with no freezer. Luckily we were able make due with that. The only staff I saw was when we checked in, as no one was in site at checkout. There had been a sign when I checked in saying no hot breakfast, but there was a pancake machine and breakfast sandwiches that could be warmed in microwave. They did have a few options of yogurt and cold cereal available. "
