"Nice comfy room, staff very pleasant and accommodating, clean grounds, the only thing I would change is breakfast menu (hot food- same biscuit, eggs, sausage) from Thursday checkin to Monday check out, other options were available, oatmeal, cereals, waffles, breads, etc."

"This hotel is very poorly ran. There isn't any helpful staff at all and you never see them working. Floors are unswept, breakfast items run out without being refilled, trash receptacles are not in abundance and those that are there are full and overflowing with no one taking the time to empty them. Rooms are just above disgusting and the bathroom shower curtain smells like urine. Physically, from the outside the building looks rather nice, but inside, there is little being done to keep it in shape or clean. In a room that sleeps five there were two washcloths with three sets of towels. Not a great experience staying here. There are better options at this exit, the Drury hotel and a Hilton affiliate. Check those out instead of this one."

"The parking was well lit, though I was a little concerned about being able to get in the back doors of the building at all hours of the night without using my key (which the sign said i'd need). It seemed quite unsecured. The hallway and elevator smelled very strongly of marijuana. When I brought it to the attention of the staff, she just apologized and did nothing else. My room itself was clean and well supplied."

"Room was dirty. We asked multiple times for them to reclean the floors. Cleaning staff went in and only switched out towels even as we asked them as they went in to clean the floors. Breakfast was not the good and the pool was freezing. We understand it’s not heated but the pool room was as cold as the pool water. We will never stay here or recommend this hotel again. The only thing good was that the beds were comfortable"

"The staff is amazing, my spouse was in a serious accident and they went above and beyond for me while he was bed bound. I was able to go to work without worrying he would not be okay. They gave me a room with a slightly larger fridge so I could lay out his meals each day. They made a really bad and stressful situation easier. The room was large and clean so I didn't have to stress infection getting into the wound. "
