"Room was terrible. Door would not shut. 55 dollar damage deposit required at checking which was not mentioned before. No I did not get it back when I checkout and we did no damage"

"The staff was ok, nothing special just got the job done. The lobby and the hallway stunk so bad. The bathroom was not cleaned properly. They have the smallest beds I have ever seen in a hotel and they were hard as a rock. Thankfully I was only here for the weekend I could never stay an extended stay in this location 😒"

"The pool and the breakfast were ok, but the room cleanliness was downright awful. There were stains all over the carpet in all the rooms. The one room smelled terrible of urine, so bad so that you felt like you couldn’t close the door and close off fresh air. I have two dogs myself , it’s like they didn’t even try to clean it up. The counters were sticky, trash on top of fridge, dead bugs on all window sills. Concept and location were good and close to a lot of things but housekeeping is a strong weak point. Called to see if I could check in early if room was ready. They said the room was ready but it was a $30 early check in fee, yeah right."

"Nice staff very helpful. The room was clean and have all amenities at my disposal. The restaurant was very neat and clean. Staff was great. The decor throughout the entire hotel was beautiful. No complaints. I definitely would stay again. Highly recommend anyone that have plans to visit the Cincinnati area. It's just minutes away from everything. Thank you!"

"Our room was clean and had enough room for our children to move around. The free food and drinks are definitely worth it. The pool is kind of small but the staff is great. That's makes the difference. The hotel had an issue in the night that caused a major disturbance but they definitely made it right with us. Thank you to the Drury Inn for the wonderful experience. The arcade across the street is great as well."
