"Everything was lovely. The only negative was that each time we used the hotel- provided iron, all the electricity went out. We had to call for assistance each time. They told us when using the iron not to use anything else. We followed those directions but the fuse still blew."

"Very clean on arrival. Be aware the accommodation was basic but well equipped. Location was perfect access to the lake and close to restaurants and bars. On suite restaurant was brilliant Lovely pool complex We would happily stay again."

"It was an excellent stay at the Riviera. Hotel is well located close to Ferry, restaurants, laundromat. The staff is excellent, shout-out to Valentina, Anna and Mateo. I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The accommodation was in a really good and quiet location but still only a short walk to the centre of Verona. It was very well equipped with a small kitchen. We asked for a kettle which was provided without any fuss. There was also a washing machine with detergent which was an unexpected bonus. It was very clean, tidy and spacious accommodation with very good facilities. The only very slight downside was lack of shelves or space in the bathroom to put toiletries on. Overall it was lovely bright, clean and inviting and we would definitely recommend staying there. Being close to the centre was a definite positive."
