「整體住宿乾淨、舒適、廚房用具齊全，自炊方便，步行數分鐘可到競技場，附近有室內收費停車場，一天20歐，一切都很完美，唯獨室內燈光稍微昏暗。」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「Fantastic grounds and swimming pool. Nice view over the southern part of the lake. Very quiet location, car recommended. Spacious accommodation but in need of a revamp. Kitchen had pans etc but no kettle or toaster and nothing to clean dishes with. 」

「The Hotel is very, very beautiful. Sensational atmosphere and very nice furnitures and rooms. I loved my room and the breakfast. My only point i was wondering was the internet connection. The speed is limited with 2mbit which allows you to surf but for streaming or video call its not enough.」

「Mateo who worked the front desk was polite and friendly. Be aware you’re gonna have to pay a small fee for sheets and provide your own dish soap paper towels and toilet paper which I really didn’t realize until I checked it it wasn’t a big deal.」

「Die Aussicht war aus unserem Apartment sehr schön auf den Gardersee. Der Pool war auch eine schöne Sache. Leider ist die Ausstattung etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Räume sind sehr hellhörig. Bei uns wohnte eine Familie mit Kinder darüber, das war schon ziemlich laut auch noch spät abends und auch gleich wieder am Morgen.」

「Lovely place to stay. Staff are fantastic. Accommodation was clean and had all that we needed, each one surrounded by a lush and well kept garden. The property is gated and you use a code to enter and leave at the gates. The 2 pools are spotless and well cared for. The takeaway food options were fantastic.」

「Das Hotel liegt oben auf dem Berg in Tignale. D.h. wer Probleme mit Serpentinen hat, sollte sich auf eine etwas anstrengendere Anreise vorbereiten. Der Ausblick vom Hotel über den Gardasee entschädigt für jede Strapaze während der Anreise. Unser Apartment war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Herd, Sandwichmaker, etc.). Wir haben sehr gut in den Betten geschlafen. Am ersten Abend waren wir auch im Restaurant des Hotels. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ansonsten...

「酒店在网站上的照片看上去很好，可内部设施比较老旧。酒店位置好，就在老城的中心位置，去景点都在步行距离内，早餐一般，下午1点到5点有迎接客人的小茶点和咖啡，小茶点都很好吃。住的高级房，有门推出后是个花园，设计不错。」
