「The hotel facilities are very good, clean and quiet, and the scenery is beautiful, but the lighting in the room is a bit dim!」

「Very nice and clean hotel. For some reason we were out in a handicap assessable room in the first floor. Room 117. As night approached we noticed there was no shade to pull down to keep the big bright light right outside our room at bay so we could sleep. Which made it almost impossible to sleep cause it was like the dark room had the lights on. At 5:15am, the breakfast crew arrived. And we were the wall right behind them. As they opened each cubbard, drawer, etc it slammed against...

「All of the staff that I met were amazing, Eli Claire, Vikki and Michael all went above and beyond the call of duty… The bed and pillows were great, excellent location and amenities were wonderful warm cookies and milk 24 seven coffee and water as well as sparkling sodas… Very cool that the washer and dryer were preloaded with detergent and were free… I would definitely recommend this property to anyone… It was in a quiet area, and the rooms were pretty soundproofed… Anytime I visit Great Falls...

The hotel is old, and looks its age in some ways, but what a delight! To crown it off, the Sip n Dip cocktail bar (with real swimming mermaids) ranks right up there as one of the greatest bars on the planet.」

「Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities.」

「Dirty rooms, terrible customer service」

「Hotel needs a lot of modernization. Bath was strained brown, there was some kind of mold or something behind the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not good. Tiny muffins with no description. People screaming at each other at about 1 am!! And someone running up and down the hallway. This is not as promised In the brochure. I was embarrassed as I had booked a friend a room on our journey back home and this was the place I booked. Wish I could get a refund.」

「The price of the property was good as well as the location, but the cleanliness know I found a hair on what was supposed to be a clean towel… The door was very difficult to enter every time and there was no icemaker on any floors. The guest was responsible for filling the ice cube trays which were not filled upon coming into the room. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.」

「The bathroom was in terrible condition. I arrived late and left early. Bed was decent though. If you book and pay on line, be sure to say. I was almost double charged for my room. There is no room deposit. Parking is a bit tight. Says there is breakfast included - no. 」
