「Room was clean. Staff were nice and responsive. But building is old and kind of run down. Our TV kept shutting itself off and rebooting, the fridge in the room did not work, and things were just generally run down. But overall we enjoyed our stay.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「Location, location, location! This hotel is in the perfect spot for exploring Breckenridge on foot. We walked everywhere—shopping, restaurants, bars, and all the downtown attractions were just minutes away. The hotel itself was great, and while the breakfast was just okay, the coffee was delicious. One of the best perks is that Breckenridge Brewery is literally right out front and is a fantastic place to grab a drink and meal. For breakfast, Cool River Coffee House was absolutely delicious,...

「The property has recently been remodeled with an upscale modern look on the inside. The rooms have also been remodeled and are spacious with nice amenities. The property located conveniently to chairlifts with walking access.」

「The rooms are pretty basic (to very bad, our pull out couch was horrible as the parent that had to sleep on it). The location is the entire selling point. It’s ski in ski out, the ski school is walkable and you can easily access all other amenities. If you are prioritizing location over comfort I would consider staying here.」

The property was nice, clean and kept. Some areas outside could use some maintenance and upkeep. Those areas were on the backside. Overall I would stay again and recommend to others.」
