「This is a self-check-in, which is an interesting process, but it worked well if you don't mind being stuck on your cell phone to get through it. The biggest drawback is that standard television is not available. It took me a while to log into a streaming service to view the world cup game I wanted to see the evening I checked in. 「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」

「This is a beautiful, historic hotel that brings you back in time. The rooms are 100% fine. Clean and convenient. A perfect place to explore a wonderful small town.」

「The code provided didn’t work. Many attempts were made to contact staff with no success. We ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. We received a message the next morning from the staff. We paid for a room we could not use. There were several people at the property with the same issue. The staff does not answer the phone or respond to the chat feature they send.」
