8.8/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
My credit card got hacked and my wallet was lost. Staff was fully aware of my situation. I needed to call my credit card company in order for them to unlock my card temporarily in order to get a purchase approved. While I was out taking a walk, the manager ordered staff to lock me out of my room because they ran my card and of course it was declined! All of my possessions and passport were locked in my room! When I asked why they couldn’t wait for me to return, I got a very negative attitude! It was an absolute disgrace that they did that!
