「As unfair as it might seem to judge the entire staff of a hotel by the interaction with one employee, I have to say the reception and checkin was less than welcome. The person who checked us in was unfriendly and close to be judged as rude. She didn’t bother to explain anything if I didn’t asked. I mean she just gave us the key, which by the way she took her good time, and sent us off. I had to ask basic instructions of the hotel and getting responses as I was being a nuisance. 「Room was spacious and comfortable. Everything worked as expcted and was modern. The hallways were oddly warm, but since we didn’t spend time there it doesn’t matter much. The restaurant and bar were excellent. Very helpful front desk staff and tasty to-go breakfast.」

「This hotel is wonderful, and we will stay here again. But if you get a room with a view of Bricktown, be aware that people with muscle cars like to rev their engines at all hours. So if you’re a light sleeper take a sound machine or ear plugs. Any hotel in the area will have the same issue. It’s SO LOUD. But overall we love this hotel. Great beds, rooms are clean, staff is great. 」

「This is the second time in 4 weeks we’ve stayed here. When we return, we will certainly stay here. Staff was friendly and warm. The first trip, my husband accidentally left his kindle in the room. Housekeeping found it, wrapped it and shipped it to us. Kudos!!! Great places to eat within walking distance, the riverwalk is nice, parking garage Is connected (BONUS)!! overall a great place!!」

「It was ok, nickeled and dimed for expenses. No parking available nearby on the street and valet was expensive. And I had to wait until they could fine someone who could drive a manual transmission. It’s so wrong to not include the continental breakfast and I way overpaid for a cup of flavorless coffee. So many people were upset finding out the breakfast was not included in the room price. The room was mostly clean, there was some ick in the bathroom (are any hotels clean anymore? Just...
