「The staff was incredibly helpful. The lovely lady at the front desk even helped us order a pizza so we could have our authentic Italian pizza experience. Since we lost our luggage the front desk also helped us arrange a taxi to get us to a local mall to replace some of our clothes. The rooms were nice and clean and comfortable. It was so nice that the water, sodas and snacks were included. We would stay again.」

「One night stay prior to cruise from Ravenna. Stand out are the staff who can’t do enough to help. Hotel is clean and rooms are of a good size.」

「Location is great for cruising out of Ravenna, just okay from me.」

「If you remember “the good old days” of the small family-run Italian small hotel, this will make you go right back to those lost days! Riccardo and his family are so wonderful. When I told him I was interested in the history of the region, he quickly told me 5 or 6 amazing tales from the distant past, as well as from his own lived experience. This is why we travel: to meet people like this! Did I mention this hotel is LOVELY with a fine attention to detail in all things? I wish I could’ve stayed...

「Ottima struttura, nuova e ben curata. Eccellente il check in domotica. Massima disponibilità da parte dell'host」

「Staff was great, room was nice. There was an issue with the City of Ravenna losing water, everyone was without water fir 20hrs. B&B did their best to help their guests get through it. Supplied water containers to their guests. I would recommend to stay there.」

「Tutto era molto bello e elegante e pulito... struttura molto bella .... appartamento confortevole... Personale gentilissimo e premuroso...3 giorni molto belli... consigliato」

「The staff was and helpful. They have breakfast. The hotel has a lot of activities for the kids very cute. The rooms are very roomy and it’s being renovated. They have balcony rooms. Not far from the port.」

「The reception gentleman for check in was so helpful and kind. We each used the translator on our phones and had laughs. He recommended an excellent restaurant for authentic food that was very close. The breakfast was delicious and the attendant was very conscientious. She kept everything stocked and was also quite helpful. Loved the quiet in the rooms and even on our balcony. A peaceful location. Good choice. From the Ravenna train station it was a wild bus ride on #80. Be sure to watch for...

「Cozy room at the front of the hotel which meant there was a little street noise when we opened the window during the afternoon, but perfectly fine at night. Great central location, walking distance to all major attractions. Impressive breakfast choices. All in all, very happy with our stay.」

「Overcharged for breakfast and add ons...16 euros each for pastry and coffee breakfast, 8 euros each for water, 29 euros for 1/2 litre of wine, booked and paid thru Expedia and at checkout demanded another 125 Euros difference. Apparently could not understand even when I used Google translate. Contacted Expedia after to try and resolve problem, hotel said they had given me a complimentary "upgrade" and had neglected to take it off my bill and could not refund to the card I paid with but would...

「All over just great」
