「Se encuentra a 30 minutos a pie de la intermodal y a 50 del museo Gugemheim. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, pero equipadas, buen gusto y modernas. El barrio Deusto tranquilo y lleno de pequeños negocios. Pero, no tienen a nadie en la recepción hasta las 4pm, no tienen agua ni café en el lobby, no puedes tomar desde su lobby ninguna excursión ni información al respecto. Y las chicas de la limpieza tienen problemas con atender a los huéspedes. No saben comportarse.」
