We had a wonderful, hearty breakfast prepared by Philippe and Juliana. We are very grateful. Would love to come visit again in the future. I told my family and friends. 「DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT book this hotel. They have numerous hidden charges, terrible rooms, cockroaches, no hot water, and with the ac on 16°C the room still was hot and we were still sweating at 8pm at night. The door had a Crack that you can seen through.」

「Hotel and rooms were very clean. Majority of staff was great. 1 early morning front desk girl didn’t even say good morning or acknowledge us when we came down. Rest were great. Free breakfast was a total waste. Like a cheap microwave meal. Very disappointing.」

「Staff friendly. Lobby better than room. Towels a bit yellow but consumables are o.k. Swimming pool small but reasonable. Massage and spa best among all. Taste of breakfast fairly well but too little. Can come to enjoy next time. 」

「Rooms are comfortable. Staff very attentive and friendly. Quick to respond to requests for additional pillows. Aircon quick to get cold. Our room had a nice view of the pool. Room had a well equipped kitchenette. We did not use but nice to have if we wanted to heat up something. Hotel is just next to The Row which had lots of options for food.」
