Modern, trendy apartment in heart of city.

We stayed in Valencia as part of a family holiday to the Alicante region. This apartment was excellently located for the city. Easy to get to most placesā€¦ very good for exploring by foot. reasonably close to the Cathedral. Clean modern apartment. Only slight negativesā€¦ 1. For a family of four, two daughters aged 14 and 10ā€¦.. it was a little congestedā€¦ sofa bed in the lounge meant the lounge space was confined. I think quite expensive but that could be due to the location and we booked late. 2. We thankfully got rid of our rented car because to get it to this location would have been difficult.. Iā€™m not sure you could actually park any where near thereā€¦ the nearest metro is about 15 minutes away. The communication with the owner was very goodā€¦ 3. There is a cleaning feeā€¦ we knew about it in advance but I do think it was a touch steep. Overall however, positive.
