We stayed one night. Place is nice and clean but at the time of check out we left a carry on and a charger behind. Desire,one of the staff members, kindly kept those items aside and arranged it for us to pick them up! It was such a great surprise. We thank her and management of this hotel for such a great servce

The apt was OK but a bit small. Bedrooms are tiny with little storage area. One bathroom. No front desk service. Everything is done via app which is not convenient. The area is not that great. We would have been better off staying closer to the science center or to old town. This apt is sort of in no man’s land.

We got in earlier than check-in, and they were able to get us into our apartment for an extra 15 euros. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. It was a nice space for my family to spread out and relax. The bedrooms were tiny, but they were just enough for us. This is in a great location, and you can walk to pretty much anything from there. My only complaint is that there were people arguing in the hallway in the middle of the night for a long time. That's not something I think the property could have done something about since there isn't a manager on site all the time. Otherwise, it was a perfect place to stay!

Super clean and accommodated our family of five well. Didn’t receive the check-in email … had to contact the agency who said they didn’t have an email address to send to (which is odd since we booked through Expedia). They were easy to reach and were able to help us over the phone successfully. Apartment had an unfortunate odor as we have also noticed in other apartments in Spain - might be out of their control (sewer) but would be nice to have an air freshener or something as on option in he apartment. Otherwise, great stay in a great city!

Fantastic accommodation. Spacious little apartment with kitchen dining area, a small living room , decent sized bathroom. Even a roof terrace. A little bit away from the main city but in an authentic neighbourhood. My only complaint was the checkin process. It’s all remote/online, so no humans on-site. Never received an email therefore couldn’t check in Support number just rang out. Eventually they did ring me back got me sorted out but the whole process was painful. Hospitality is a people business. Taking the welcoming human out of the process is a step backwards. Otherwise a truly excellent property

of the three hotels we used in Spain, this seemed the most modern and friendly. the space was fantastic, and the phone app for the door was fun. definitely recommend. However, no human interaction available and we got lucky with on-street parking two blocks away by a store. Parking is a serious issue in Valencia and very tight.

The property have nothing as a basic for two nights stay including toilet paper No salt No sugar No coffee No tea No ice in the fridge and very small fridge No oven No paper towel No dishwasher No drain tray for washed dishes Not enough dishwasher detergent The elevator was not working in check out and we had to carry our luggage from the second floor

They sold me a parking pass that was over priced and before I used it and tried to cancel then they kept making excuses and basically held $75 euro from me despite my repeated requests to have a fair reimbursement. I am still waiting, once you check out all the help goes away. The chat disappeared. Be careful!! I loved the apartment however

Make sure you buy the insurance to chang or cancel

I, by mistake, did not click on the option to purchase insurance to allow me to change or cancel my stay. In the days before leaving for Spain from the USA we canceled our entire trip because of a medical issue for one of us. We did not go and I learned to late that my stay at Libere Valencia Abastos in Valencia, Valencia Community Spain was not refundable. I lost $200.00 because they charged my card immediately and never responded to my email to request refund for my medical cancellation. Beware when planning to reserve a room at this hotel!

Das Zimmer war sauber, leider etwas hellhörig (dafür gab es im Willkommenspaket ausser Kaffekapseln und Chips auch Gehörschutz, leider war auch die Matratze durch gelegen. Im Badezimmer roch es nach einem Tag nach Kanal. Wenn ich das Frühstück von dem externen Kaffeehaus mit bewerten müsste würde die Bewertung noch schlechter ausfallen, es gab Toast mit Tomaten, Kaffee und Orangensaft, von der Auswahl an Schinken, Käse oder Tunfisch war keine rede.
