The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. "Our room was really spacious, comfortable and quiet, which we really appreciated. Location-wise, easy access to metro and bus, on Turia park which is a fantastic green belt, and within walking distance to the old town. We were pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend."
