"The apartment was smelly. The bathroom was not presentable and the sleeping sofa was of very poor quality. No dove cover for two people..in general not matching the price nor expectations. Photos should include bathroom as well. We were staying at apartment 5 so we are not aware if rest of rooms are in better conditions. From the photos you get the sense that there is garden. This is not the case"

"This place is incredible for families. There are so many activities for kids from early morning starting at 9 am until dinner time. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet had an array of choices of great food for kids and adults. I also had a chance to go to the Spa to do massages, facial and to the gym. I really took advantage of all the amenities that this hotel offers. Do try to go to Acualandia to the waterpark for kids. Another great activity for the kids. And having the beach walking...

"The apartment was wonderful and the management did a good job. The problem was parking. The information said there was on street parking so I parked on the street. My car was towed because of a festival the next day. After that I struggled to find any parking and ended up at a parking lot about a mile from the apartment. "Pool closed. Booked a room with a bath. No bath. Staff refused to swap room on arrival . Wanted an extra €70. Very rude, very public discussion. Unprofessional. Finally agreed to move us for last night. No coffee or tea facilities. Don’t go off room description it’s not what you get."

"We stayed here in February for 7 days. The rooftop was closed all week (we had to request to go up and sit which was met with unhappy responses, even on not windy days), the pool was closed (out of season I guess, however it was no larger than a bathtub anyway, and we slept terribly the entire week due to constant noise inside and out. The room was nice, but the shower leaked all over floor everytime we used it and we had constant running water above us when the loos and showers were operating in other rooms, 24/7 keeping us awake. What a lovely sound to hear in the night of your neighbours above flushing the loo and the gushing water going across your ceiling! We were looking forward to staying here after the reviews but very dissapointed for what we paid and expected. Staff were not bothered about our experience and never asked when we checked out. "
