"The bar prices on larger are not to bad but the wine prices are way to high the smoking area out the main entrance has no cover ok in the summer but the winter well you know "

"Fabulous motel, staff were so lovely & friendly. Room was so clean and decorated beautifully, only down fall I would say is the streaming on the telly so complicated messing with WiFi settings to get it going. But has to channels anyway, ample parking, restaurant was lovely m&s garage in walking distance to. All in all a lovely stay & the drink vouchers for my partners 30th birthday was such a lovely treat. "

"Room is a bit mess. No remote done the TV. Toilet does not flesh when I check in. These is some smell in the room and I have to buy some air fresher "

"The hotel is lovely, however, could do with some TLC. All the staff were fab, especially Amelie and Connor in the restaurant. Evening meal was gorgeous, fresh, tasty and well presented. Breakfast was awful as all the 'hot' items were cold and the sausages did not seem to have been cooked, still translucent through the skin. The deluxe double was good, although could really benefit from a little TLC."

"Friendly staff. Great dinners and decent breakfast. I had an excellent spa treatment but the spa facilities are in need of an upgrade. "

"There was no spa pool, tried to make a booking before our stay for a massage, was sent a message staying our request was waitlisted? When arrived at the hotel we were told there was no availability for massages on any of the 3 days we were staying so in my opinion little point in calling yourself a spa hotel if you have 1 part time person available to do massages "
