「The hotel Staffs here very polite and helpful.」

「The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night....

「Chalet was clean on arrival, well equipped with cook top, multifunction microwave/convection oven( I took my own air fryer) site easy accessible, good parking, centrally located so able to visit both both and south Wales easily. Chalet was good value for price. 」

「I would like to extend a great thanks to the Hafod hotel. Close proximity to attractions, bedroom was lovely, cosy and warm, staff were absolutely impeccable I could not remember names but you all were very hospitable and love your job dearly and did a great service for any request we needed… I even left my bag and they kept it safe. Would come again.」

「Das Einzelzimmer war neu renoviert und richtig schön! Das Zimmer hatte Meerblick. Ganz bemerkenswert war der „richtige“ Kaffee (kein InstantKaffee) im Zimmer. Den habe ich wirklich genossen! Das kontinentale Frühstück ist übersichtlich aber preiswert und in Ordnung. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meiner Unterkunftswahl.」
