"We paid extra for the adults only room, but had a hard time getting any chairs by the adults only pool. Everyday people would leave towels and the disappear for multiple hours, not letting other use the adults only pool chairs."

"Overall, would recommend. A few things that could have made things even better - the resort is so huge, it can be confusing to figure out where everything is (there is a paper map provided during check in, but think an interactive/app would be much easier to navigate). It’s not always clear what is/isn’t included when staying at the resort (lots of things are discounted, but lots aren’t). The pool is a beach club. Not always suitable for children (we had our 2.5 year old with us and it could be a little rowdy in the afternoons/evenings. V quiet in the mornings. Also worth nothing that a DJ starts in the afternoon and the loud speakers are beside the kids pool making it unsuitable for young families in the afternoon/evening). The beach loungers are cash only - not a problem other than we didn’t know and had to trek back to our villa to get some as only had our phones for payment. Pristine accommodation with exceptional amenities. If returning, would get a villa with a pool next time. Parking meters at beach were broken in lots of spots so could be hard to make payment to avoid any fines. Staff in reception a little cold at times, but overall in the restaurants, beach club etc friendly and helpful. Prices reasonable for an upscale location with lots of choice for meals (of varying quality and choice). We didn’t use the shuttle as we had a rental car, and we were glad we had it as with a small child waiting up to 30 mins (as quoted at check in) would not have worked for us."

"Loved the beach location and the seafood restaurant opposite recommended to us by the staff. Having a balcony was fab with beach and pool view . Breakfast was really good with outdoor or indoor tables. New towels everyday and bed made . Was very disappointed with the bus that never seemed to arrive .. ended up using Uber a lot as a long walk in the heat from the station ( not the hotels fault ) but I feel they should follow this up with the company as many frustrated patrons waiting for a bus into town . Many hotels out that way so bus needs to be consistent"

"We decided at the desk to upgrade our stay to include "All Inclusive" food and beverages. It turned out to be a good decision as there were none of the usual restaurants or bars within easy walking distance of the hotel. There was easy access to a long white sandy beach with turquoise waters that many locals take advantage of. A boardwalk there stretched for miles providing a nice place to walk or run. The pools were top notch, featured some scheduled activities, live music, DJ, and bar service. The food was served buffet style and offered a wide variety of items for breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner. The bars were stocked well, but top shelf alcohol wasn't included in the AI package. Guests had a choice to dine inside or outside a a nice terrace with views of the sea. We used Bolt to book car service to Lagos and back. The rides were inexpensive and usually arrived to pick up in under 10 minutes. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with a nice walk in shower Mini bar was included in the AI package. The hotel also provided entertainment in the evening to guests gathered in a large common area. The bar also provided comfortable seating and waiter service. We really enjoyed the perfect weather and the resort style stay here in Lagos. I should mention that there is construction underway next door with heavy machinery and cranes interrupting the view north. We were assigned a room that overlooked the construction site, but the hotel quickly accommodated us"
