「We came to this hotel unexpectedly and were so happy we found it. The staff are truly exceptional, friendly, attentive, accommodating, effective, welcoming. We arrived due to my wife having emergency surgery in Siena, we were supposed to be in Venice, and this hotel staff went to work making sure we were taken care of. 「房間整潔舒適, 可惜當日入住時酒店不提供冷暖氣, 此酒店有一大事項我覺得有須要改善, 就是接待處的職員常常都不見人, 而且wifi非常不濟, 房間是收不到的, 一定要到reception才可收到...但酒店附近的環境非常好, 十分適合我這個城市人, 因為我都是第一次行入葡萄園走走....但如果要去此酒店一定要自駕遊, 因為都幾偏僻 ; 餐飲就冇乜選擇, 晚餐只有A餐和B餐, 但幾好食...整體對此酒店都幾滿意」
