「I have stayed at this hotels a number of times on business (perhaps a dozen times). Its a clean and nice hotel close to restaurants. My only beef is the first floor room close to the exit (room 102). Front desk said it would be quiet, however, it is most certainly not. Every 20 min, a loud bang when door closes that shakes my room. After contacting front desk, they were concerned, but only to the extent they would be inconvenienced by putting me in a different room. I probably will not...

「Room was clean but dated and smelled a little when first entering. Place was dated. Outside was run down. Window did not lock. Staff were not friendly. I booked for 3 adults and when I asked for an extra blanket and pillow I was asked why and had to confirm how many people in room followed by a sigh. I confirmed on checking in that the third memeber would be arriving a little later, gave name and asked they be let into the room. They were left outside.
